DELIVERY: All orders will be despatched within 24 hours of order.

In the case of non receipt and/or damage to the goods Buy200Cigarettes.com will not authorise any refunds until a full investigation has taken place. We are unable to complete these actions until a period of 30 days has passed due to the post offices tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur and not to cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company. If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order. It's worth mentioning that such unjustified measures force us to refuse future purchases from customers attempting or threatening to do so. If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you are obliged to inform us primarily. Otherwise, disputes will be contested.
